The DAMAGE DEPOSIT is HELD UNCASHED and used only in the event of excessive cleaning expenses, loss, damage, or cancellation fee-- and shredded upon non use.

YOU ACCEPT ADDITIONAL cost responsibility for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning expenses caused by you in excess of your damage deposit.

There is a $75 fee for CANCELLATIONS made before the deposit date.  In the event you find it neccessary to cancel after your deposit date, we will refund you for the nights we are able to rebook, and will make every effort to do so.  Travel Insurance is recommended for the reimbursement of cancelled bookings.
